A viewer started having trouble sleeping after a binge drinking episode. He is doing better and is wondering if he should completely avoid alcohol at this time. Strangely, avoiding wine and beer may have become a sleep effort, an attempt at getting more sleep. In this episode we discuss how any sleep effort, including avoidance, may in fact fuel insomnia.
