Episode #270: Don't avoid a chance to grow your sleep confidence
Wednesday Nov 13, 2019
Wednesday Nov 13, 2019

This is a problem because had we done nothing and there was no sleep loss, then our sleep confidence would have grown, not the belief that we need to avoid something to sleep.
