Tracy has no sleep for 6 days and still doesn't crash. Vincent takes Seroquel, Ambien and Valium but sleeps little. Anonymous does sleep hygiene but it doesn't help. Tammy is frustrated with body jerks. Misha wonders if head trauma can lead to loss of the ability to sleep. AProperLady is woken up by her infant leading to fear of sleep loss.
