Darren is wondering if he should do a sleep detox. m ff didn't sleep until 8 am and is starting University in a few days. Qwerty Qaz and Digital Ministry feel cortisol may be the culprit. Isabel is seeing some improvement but is not sure she is getting it right. Amanda struggles despite various medications and is trying transcranial therapy. John has improved in leaps and bounds!
