Ole has had success with CBTi in the past but less so the second time around. Jay continues to worry about sfi.

In this episode we talk about automatic thoughts. These are thoughts generated from a belief that pop up under certain circumstances. For example "I'm never falling back asleep" when waking at 2 AM. CBT however teaches us to question and explore this belief. If we find it not to be true the entire construct may crumble.

Have you ever gotten a popup warning you that your computer is infected and your action is immediately required? Then you know that clicking the "Scan computer" button is a trick. It's a trojan horse that leads to you actually downloading the malware which can be almost impossible to get rid of. Don't react and you will be fine - a great strategy for hacker tactics and insomnia.
