I really feel this is a super important episode for anyone struggling with trouble sleeping. Cognitive behavioral therapy is by far the best way of overcoming insomnia but can be a bit militant as it involves strict instructions regarding when to get to bed and when to get up. Michale Schwartz shares his approach which makes CBTi much more approachable for many.
