In this episode we get to know Basilio. He started having trouble sleeping in December despite not having any major stressful trigger. In retrospect, he see that the wondering about not sleeping itself may have been the reason for much of the struggle. Today, he has come off medications. The first week was choppy, but he felt more refreshed than on medication. The second week has been easier, and he feels optimistic about the future.
