Ashley has been trying to befriend wakefulness however sleep just doesn’t come during the night. Mohammed ask "Should I still get out of bed at 10 AM even if I haven't slept, or should I let my body sleep before I even start my day?" Nicole aks about long term effects like dementia, heart failure, diabetes, etc. Anastastia notes that when about to fall asleep, "my mind wakes it up with jolts and jerky movements." Pat's questions: "I was wondering what you thought of taking an over the counter sleep med when I’m struggling?"
