Zb Zi was sleeping well in March before the Covid-19. What can she do to get back on track? Alex is on day 16 of bedtime restriction. He's sleeping longer but the quality of sleep still isn't there, should he be worried? Firas was doing well until the start of Ramadan. Now he has to leave the bedroom to escape the worries associated with that space. What to do? Ernest no longer has problems sleeping but snores loudly. Should he have a sleep study? Anne has figured out what was happening all these years - she has short sleeper syndrome.
