Talking Insomnia #29: Seth’s 15 years with Insomnia and it’s Unusual End

August 20, 2020

Seth David joins from Colorado to share how he got past many years of trouble sleeping. By changing is thoughts around how he felt during the day, by becoming more accepting of not sleeping at night and by getting up early even after a night of being mostly awake - sleep started coming his way.

What is unusual with Seth's story is how he learned the above - by studying to become a sleep coach.
